Exchange Programme :
We have an exchange programme with Link Overseas, Scotland, from
where teachers & volunteers come and work with us in the development
of our students.
Moksh & Lasson:
They
are Gyanodaya’s
two restaurants which essentially serve as the practical laboratory
for our students of Hotel Management. Theories become applied science
in these two centres. Students come here to learn to translate their
theoretical knowledge of menus & recepies of the classroom into
tangible items in the kitchen. They also widen their knowledge of
food and beverages here. What is education after all if it cannot
be converted into practical application!
