Library:

Gyanodaya maintains from the School to the College level an adequate collection of text/reference books, useful reading materials, latest management journals, periodicals and magazines to facilitate better access to information for teaching & learning purposes. Reading materials and handouts prepared by faculties are also kept for ready reference. Expansion of knowledge is a continuous process. So books, magazines and reference materials will have to keep pace with the ever widening frontier of knowledge. Hence, procurement of reading materials for the library is a continuous process at Gyanodaya. The library will keep getting further enriched and updated over the years.

Audio -Visual Center:

The school also maintains an audio visual center which has a capacity for 50 students. The centre is well equipped with TV, overhead projector, slide projector, videos, tape recorders etc. to enrich and supplement the classroom lectures. This center is also used for academic purposes like presentation of seminars, symposiums, talk programs, group discussions, film shows and documentaries for the students on subjects related to science, management, humanities and others.

Students are charged transport fare on a monthly basis according to the distance.

A multi-purpose gym and auditorium stands at the residential school compound where children play physical sports like basketball, badminton and table tennis indoors. And this facility is also used for exhibitions, parents day programmes and any other in-house activities. At the Plus Two and College compound is the Gyan Hall which is purposefully used for Gyanodaya functions and activities. It also serves as an audio-visual centre where students are shown visuals & films to enrich and supplement classroom lectures. This auditorium is equipped with various audio-visual aids such as T.V., overhead projector, slide projector, videos and tape recorders. It is also used for academic purposes like project presentation, seminars, workshops, group discussions, documentary and film shows, etc.

Medical:

Gyanodaya has a fully functional medical unit under the care of a qualified doctor assisted by medical professionals like nurse and attendant. Regular medical check-ups are routinely done for the entire school.

Exchange Programme :

We have an exchange programme with Link Overseas, Scotland, from where teachers & volunteers come and work with us in the development of our students.

Moksh & Lasson:

They are Gyanodaya’s two restaurants which essentially serve as the practical laboratory for our students of Hotel Management. Theories become applied science in these two centres. Students come here to learn to translate their theoretical knowledge of menus & recepies of the classroom into tangible items in the kitchen. They also widen their knowledge of food and beverages here. What is education after all if it cannot be converted into practical application!
