Application Form:

Applicants must fill in the Application Forms and submit the forms to the Front Office well before the submission deadline. Application Forms and Prospectus may be obtained from the Office on payment of a nominal charge.

Eligibility Criteria: Nursery to Class VI

Admission shall be subject to the following conditions:

1. Admissions are taken in the School only from Nursery to Class VI.
2. Candidates must qualify in the entrance test and personal interview including any other entry requirements or criteria as may be prescribed from time to time by the Admission Committee of Gyanodaya.
3. No new enrollment is generally taken for Class VII to X.

Eligibility Criteria: Grade XI

1. For admissions to Grade XI candidates must have successfully completed the School Level Certificate Examination conducted by the School Leaving Certificate Board of the Government of Nepal or an equivalent examination from any other Board recognized by the Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal.
2. Candidates must have secured a minimum second division at the School Board Examination for admission in Management and Humanities and a first division for Science.
3. Candidates must qualify in the entrance test and personal interview including any other entry requirements or criteria as may be prescribed from time to time by the Admission Committee of Gyanodaya Higher Secondary School.

Eligibility Criteria: Degree Program

1. For admissions to graduate level studies, candidates must have successfully completed the Grade XI & XII Examination conducted by the Higher Secondary Examination Board of Nepal or an equivalent examination from any other Board recognized by the Tribhuvan University , Nepal.
2. Candidates must have secured a minimum second division both in the Grade XI & XII Board Examination.
3. Candidates must qualify in the entrance test and personal interview including any other entry requirements or criteria as may be prescribed from time to time by the Admission Committee of Gyanodaya College.
4. Candidates must pass the CMAT Examination conducted by the Tribhuvan University for admission to Bachelor's programme.

Documents Required:

Selected candidates must submit the following documents, as the case may be, at the time of admission:

1. Report Card from her / his previous School.
2. Transfer / Character Certificate from the Head Master / Principal of the School that s/he previously attended.
3. Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate of SLC / HSEB, Nepal, or of equivalent Board outside.
4. Transfer / Character Certificate from the Principal of her / his previous School.
5. Migration Certificate in case the candidate has passed her / his Certificate Level or 10+2 Examination from a Board outside Nepal.
Commencement of Academic Sessions ................

The Academic Session begins every year in mid-April and terminates in mid-March the following year for the School.

The Academic Session for 10+2 & College begins in July every year and terminates in June the following year.
